The Service relies on third-party open-source libraries and AI models (such as the Hugging Face Transformers.js library and OpenAI's Whisper model), which are provided under their own respective licenses. Your use of these components is subject to those licenses. We display advertisements served by third parties, whose terms and policies also apply.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, nor that transcription results will be accurate, complete, or reliable. AI-generated transcripts may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. You should independently verify any transcript before relying on it for important, legal, medical, financial, or professional purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100.00) or the amount you paid us to use the Service, whichever is greater. Because the Service is free, this amount will typically be zero.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Local AI Audio Transcriber and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
